About Our Mediations
Mediation with Monica Peters is available virtually via Zoom, in person at the Offices of Albin Oldner Law in Frisco, Texas, or in person at the office of one of the attorneys of record in the matter.
Mediation fees are due prior to the commencement of mediation.
Mediation start and end times are as follows: (1) Full day mediation from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or (2) Half day mediation from either 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Alternative start and end times may be arranged upon further discussion with me and all parties in advance. Mediations exceeding the scheduled end time are subject to mediator availability and are billed at a rate of $200/party/hour, payment for which is due at the conclusion of mediation.
Hourly mediations are available at a rate of $200/party/hour in cases where at least one party is represented by counsel and a written agreement has been reached in advance of mediation which the parties are seeking to formalize with a binding MSA. Hourly mediations are billed in quarter hour increments with a one-hour minimum.
I kindly request that any cancelations or modifications to your booking be made at least seven calendar days in advance of mediation.
PLEASE NOTE: Monica Peters is an attorney and partner at Albin Oldner Law, PLLC. All agreements relating to services and payments for those services for mediation with Monica Peters are with Albin Oldner Law, PLLC and not Monica Peters as an individual. All payments shall be made to Albin Oldner Law, PLLC as more specifically directed by the mediation confirmation correspondence from the mediator after booking.

Monica has spent years helping clients resolve their conflicts thanks to her creativity and her solutions-oriented mind set. Her background growing up on a sheep and cattle ranch in West Texas has lent her a common sense, no nonsense approach to problem solving and the determination to work until the job is done.
Monica graduated from Texas Tech University with her business degree in 2003 and later with her law degree in 2006. Monica Peters has been licensed to practice law since 2006. Monica is currently a partner at Albin Oldner Law, PLLC in the family law section.
